Manager Channel Strategic Planning MKt
Purpose:

This same purpose and mindset are at the heart of the Channel Planning Team, being the go-to strategic hub for the channels (Retail and Wholesale), leading the development and coordination of integrated marketing plans that provide each channel with focused, timely, and strategic direction. This role drives growth by ensuring seamless planning, alignment , consistency, efficiency and collaboration across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution and maintenance of channel marketing plans; document milestones, (Go-To-Market and in-season) provide updates across business units and channels ensuring alignment with global guidance, regional priorities, and local adaptations.
- Support Sales and Concepts-to-Consumer (CTCs) in developing account-specific marketing strategies aligned with seasonal priorities, including input for the Sales Working Budget.
- Coordinate with brand, sales, and channel teams (Retail and Wholesale) to ensure cohesive planning
- Organize recurring planning meetings and provide stakeholders with visibility ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Campaign Monitoring & Reporting to tools, and frameworks to Track campaign performance and market dynamics, documenting learnings and providing feedback for improvement.
- Partner with Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising to gather campaign performance insights and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare clear, actionable briefs with defined objectives, timelines, and channel enable the Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Support budget tracking and ensure alignment of execution priorities and business objectives.
- Maintain and update channel segmentation frameworks for top locations
Key Relationships: Retail, Regional and Country Wholesale Omnichannel, Category Business units, Brand Communications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
• Strategic and operational Go-to-Market (GTM) planning expertise for aligning seasonal and annual plans across Retail, Franchise, and Wholesale channels.
• Cross-functional leadership and influence to drive alignment and collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and financial acumen for ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Project and process management excellence for guaranteeing consistency and timely delivery of plans and initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
Requisite Education and Experience:
• University Degree in Business , Marketing, or similar careers
• 5+ years of experience in Channel Planning, Marketing Operations, or Commercial Planning.
• Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills .
