Sr Manager KAM
Purpose:
Achieve profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key account, while respecting adidas (target) brand image to ensure key account target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the assigned accounts internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces
- Develop the account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign–off by the direct superior
- Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by specific Account Marketing Plan, monitoring the sell-out and the order book as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account
- Negotiate and enforce adidas trade terms
- Be the primary leader of the implementation on Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set
- Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
- Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives
- Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces
- Measure on own KPIs
- Monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
- Ensure customer compliance with agreements
Requisite Education and Experience:
- Business administration or similar careers degree
- As manager of experts, al least 5 years management experience required
- Fluency in spoken english
- Advanced in Excel/Power Point/Power BI
- Experience in working in cross-functional environments coordinating a diverse stakeholder set with different backgrounds and motivations
