The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations and drive financial excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient close processes, while acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Tax, Audit, and business stakeholders.
You will also lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls frameworks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Audit, and business teams to support strategic objectives
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across accounting activities
  • Support and coordinate internal and external audits
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Controllership roles
  • Proven track record in people leadership and team development
  • Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and close processes
  • Experience working in multinational / matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
