The Role
As Senior Manager, Accounting, you will lead and strengthen core accounting operations while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams across the business. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement in processes—while acting as a people leader who develops talent and fosters collaboration.
This role combines technical accounting expertise, leadership, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including financial reporting and reconciliations
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Audit, and Business teams) to support business objectives
- Ensure strong internal controls and support internal and external audits
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse accounting team, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and accountability

- Solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership roles
- Proven leadership experience, including people management and team development
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
