Flagship Visual Merchandiser Manager (Full Time) - adidas Oxford Street, London
The Opportunity ///
As a Visual Merchandising Manager at adidas, you’ll manage one of the most globally important stores for our brand, located on the iconic Oxford Street in London.
You’ll need to be a proven people manager, inheriting a team of 4 direct reports, with a total team headcount of 7. You will report directly into the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager. Stakeholder engagement is also a focus for you, managing relationships at all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Visual Merchandisers to deliver an amazing consumer journey through VM and Styling, all with the aim of bringing our Brand to life & converting consumers at the point of purchase.
- Support the SVMM in leading the VM team to deliver the business strategic plan and contribute to the commercial targets.
- Execute the Visual Merchandising standards according to the VM calendar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure we’re adopting the correct use, implementation & presentation of product packages, store fittings, in-store communication material, campaigns and VM tools.
- Influence and negotiate with all key business partners for all VM subjects, considering key product launches, ensuring consistency within best practice guidelines to provide a leading brand experience for all customers.
- Develop best practice, standards and operational plans to support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Leverage tools and programs for planning of existing or new stores or brand spaces (e.g. stocking and space planning tools).
- Support for planning / coordinating VM activities outside of the Flagship e.g. showroom resets, events, store openings or and store remodels.

- You may need to travel – so the ability / desire to do this is important.
- Retail includes working night shifts in store or away on projects, we’d rather you know this & consider this at the very start of your process with us.
- We need a true people leader, who can inspire, motivate and set clear goals for our VM team, if you’re not passionate about people, this might not be the role for you.
