The Originals Product Teams create desirable, aspirational products designed to meet the needs of consumers across the globe. We seek individuals who bring creativity through originality and who are passionate about blending sport and fashion to build exceptional products.

 

Team 1: Product Marketing, Originals – Apparel 

The Originals Apparel team focuses closely on delivering streetwear relevant apparel and graphic collections quick to market. The team uses trend research and consumer insight to design fresh, relevant pieces for a global audience, led by North American trends. The role involves researching trends, building concepts, and working with design and other teams to bring new fashion ideas to life.

 

Team 2: Product Marketing, Originals – Footwear

The Originals Footwear team creates iconic and innovative shoes that keep adidas at the forefront of style and performance. We reimagine classics like the Superstar and Stan Smith while also developing modern lifestyle running products, such as the Adistar Control 5. Our goal is to deliver the latest footwear trends that drive brand growth and connect with consumers worldwide.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ability to support analyzing the lifestyle, consumer, customer and market progression to ensure constant improvements/evaluation of the product category
  • Ability to pinpoint and relay insights and marketplace trends relevant to the Gen-Z and Gen Alpha streetwear consumer
  • Assist in managing the product process from clear briefs to range launch
  • Collaborate with Design, Development, Go-To-Market team to ensure optimal range and products
  • Assist with all computer related tasks (including applicable systems/applications)
  • Assist in creating ideal product roll-outs, by channels, by accounts
  • Assist in sample coordination

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Passion for Lifestyle, Footwear/Streetwear Apparel and Trends
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong process and organization skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/applications
  • Curiosity of product creation process and product lifecycle
  • Ability to think merchandising across channels and accounts while in the creation phase

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
  • Anticipated graduation date is between December 2026 and August 2027
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
  • Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2026

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. "You Got This" is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.

  • The base pay for this position is $32/hour.
