Manager Culture Marketing NAM (LTD)

Purpose & Overall Relevance:
Responsible for strategically managing Culture Marketing category activity. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts. Assure relevant brand activity with Influencers and Entertainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Mange project tasks and subprojects and support global cross-functional projects to support department needs across categories and cultural pillar.
- Manage end to end execution of activation, partnership, collaborations, functional needs.
- Build and maintain relevant and strong relationships within the Entertainment and Culture industries
- Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand and our consumers and consistently evolve and add to the list
- Attend entertainment events and industry meetings for networking, when relevant.
- Drive and implement strategic category plans led by respective leaders in conjunction with category and newsroom counterparts
- Interact with product marketing, brand marketing, retail activation, public relations and event marketing as needed to execute plans. Manage all aspects of the execution plan.
- Identify opportunities to connect talent and entertainers to our brand through content creation, activations, campaign, seeding etc.
- Manage contracted talent relationships ie. appearances, production days, content creation.
- Develop and manage Culture Marketing integration through strategic placement and targeting of specific brand Initiatives.
- Leverage marketing integration to drive key commercial opportunities at own retail, wholesale partners, etc.
- Maintain a strong awareness within Culture Marketing industry, trends and activity
- Provide operational, process and organizational management support to line manager and team
- Drive day to day business in respective function, provide ad hoc support on operational topics and work on business unit specific projects leading to successful key milestone meetings
- Assist in administrative tasks and duties (i.e calendar management, meeting organization, power point presentations)

- Unconventional business hours may be required. (evenings, weekends)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Four year college or university degree in Marketing, advertising or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
- At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, California.
