Senior Manager, Culture Marketing Operations (LTD)

The Senior Manager, Culture Marketing Operations plays a critical role in supporting the global Culture Marketing organization through operational leadership, project management, and process optimization. This role is responsible for driving efficiency across the function while ensuring key initiatives, communications, systems, and business processes are executed with excellence.

Working closely with Culture Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners, this position helps create organizational clarity, enables effective decision-making, supports budget and contract management, and ensures teams have the tools, resources, and processes needed to deliver business objectives. This limited duration position will be effective through approximately December 18, 2026.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Oversee, manage, and execute operational projects while maintaining project plans, tracking deliverables, and proactively communicating status updates to stakeholders.

Process Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, implement process enhancements, and coordinate organizational procedures that increase efficiency and productivity.

Team Communications: Lead the planning and execution of team meetings, town halls, newsletters, and operational communications across the global Culture Marketing organization.

Learning & Development: Develop, facilitate, and maintain monthly educational programming and onboarding curricula to support team development and knowledge sharing.

Operational Communications: Provide clear, proactive communication on behalf of the operations function to Culture Marketing teams and senior leadership.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent information sharing.

Systems Management: Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core operational systems and tools including CAF, PAT, distribution lists, and related platforms.

Financial Operations: Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on schedule while supporting budget tracking, marketing spend oversight, and contract administration.

Event & Leadership Support: Coordinate planning and execution for leadership visits, team summits, external meetings, and key business activations.

Facilities & Workplace Management: Oversee Culture Marketing office spaces and storage facilities while partnering with Workplace, Health and Safety, and Security teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and business needs are met.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Workplace Services and other partners to ensure adherence to space guidelines, safety standards, and product security requirements.

People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while providing guidance and support to broader team members as a senior leader within the organization.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, agency operations, or a related field.

• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, and operational processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams regardless of reporting structure.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

• Fluent English language skills.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working within a global or international business environment.

• Experience supporting brand marketing, culture marketing, partnerships, or related functions.

• Strong understanding of and passion for fashion, streetwear, sport, and culture.

• Experience with contract development, vendor management, and negotiation processes.

• Previous people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and coach team members.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is based in Los Angeles, California and follows adidas' hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. Additional in-office attendance may be required based on business needs, collaboration requirements, or presentations. The role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and requires regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Domestic and international travel may be required.


REPORTING STRUCTURE

This role reports into the Culture Marketing Operations leadership team and works closely with the Director of Operations and broader Culture Marketing leadership. The position partners extensively with Finance, Accounting, Workplace Services, Security, Information Technology, Brand Partnerships, external agencies, and other key stakeholders. The role includes direct people leadership responsibilities and provides operational guidance across the broader Culture Marketing organization.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $131,560 - $144,029 annually.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and overall alignment to the requirements of the position.
