As part of the Supply Chain Strategy & Digital Solutions team, we are actively seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Intelligence to provide enhanced visibility and decision intelligence for the Supply pillar which delivers reporting for Product Supply, Inbound and Customs. Your role will be instrumental in enabling the proactive steering and performance management of our business operations. Join us in shaping the future of supply chain excellence at adidas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of experienced high-performing analysts to produce standardized supply chain reports, leveraging SQL and data tools to address key business questions and generate actionable insights
  • Define, govern and evolve supply chain KPIs with KPI owners, ensuring clear ownership, metric integrity and alignment with operational priorities
  • Build, coach, lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative, safe, and innovative environment that promotes continuous learning and drives excellence in analytics and reporting.
  • Set strategic direction for leveraging data analytics and intelligence to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data quality across all reporting products, proactively identifying and resolving data issues, while keeping stakeholders informed through clear and timely communication
  • Own the stability, reliability, and performance of key reporting products and tools, ensuring they meet business needs and scale with growth.
  • Partner closely with functional and market stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into scalable Power BI data visualizations or business intelligence solutions
  • Establish and continually evolve the performance management cadence and standard reporting package, ensuring high-quality data collection, robust analysis, and actionable insight generation
  • Drive the process of deriving actionable insights, pinpointing root causes, and identifying opportunities for optimizing supply chain performance with clear data-driven trade-offs.
  • Apply advanced analytics tools and methodologies, grounded in supply chain expertise, to identify trends, root causes, and operational improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and markets teams to drive continuous improvement and embed harmonized reporting and business intelligence into decision making

Requisite Education and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment, within which have 3 years of team management experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within supply chain intelligence or business intelligence, with strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologies.
  • In depth knowledge of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Masters preferred.
