Join us for an exciting internship opportunity at our Global Supply Chain Management Headquarter near Lucerne, where around 150 employees collaborate across key Supply Chain functions, from Global Product Supply, Logistics and Distribution to Customs and SCM Strategy. The global S&OP team play a key role in the Supply Chain Planning and Global Product Supply organization, driving the Sales & Operations Planning drumbeat on company-wide scope, aligning demand, supply and financial plans to translate strategy into an executable operating plan. Additionally, the S&OP team is also responsible for Global Availability and Inventory Management, ensuring the right products are available in the right markets while balancing service levels, costs, and inventory risk.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS

• Create PBI reports / Dashboards for Availability KPI tracking for WHS & DTC for completion by end of Internship
• Assist with Availability data validation, and various data checks to support accurate reporting
• Maintain and update process documentation, reporting guidelines, and knowledge bases

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Must haves: experience with data, analytics, solid Excel skills; practical knowledge of Power BI, Databricks/SQL (previous coursework or project experience is acceptable). Supply Chain experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Semantic Models or other data tools is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore data
• Good communication and organizational skills; ability to work in an international team environment
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)

ELIGIBILITY 

• Enrolled as student for the complete duration of the internship or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree.
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 01, 2026 until February 28, 2027.
• Candidates already based in Switzerland are preferred (due to visa limitations). Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Lucerne area at their own expense for the full duration of the internship.
