Join us for an exciting internship opportunity at our Global Supply Chain Management Headquarter near Lucerne, where around 150 employees collaborate across key Supply Chain functions, from Global Product Supply, Logistics and Distribution to Customs and SCM Strategy. The Digital Process Management Reporting team is the Power BI single point of contact for Global Product Supply reporting, partnering with Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) and Data & Analytics (DNA) teams to deliver reliable and impactful capabilities. We support the GPS organization by building and maintaining global operational reporting, while also providing expert analytics support, transparent communication, and hands-on guidance to our Power User network.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Support the intake and tracking of GPS reporting requests to ensure internal coordination and backlog transparency
- Assist with Planning Volume/Buying Volume data validation, and simple variance checks to support accurate reporting
- Maintain and update process documentation, reporting guidelines, and knowledge bases
- Contribute to a small project (e.g. creating a reporting approach or building a Power BI report/dashboard) to apply and showcase learning
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Strong interest in data, analytics, or supply chain (previous coursework or project experience is a plus)
- Solid Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore data
- Good communication and organizational skills; ability to work in an international team environment
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as student for the complete duration of the internship or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 01, 2026 until August 31, 2026.
- Candidates already based in Switzerland are preferred (due to visa limitations). Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Lucerne area at their own expense for the full duration of the internship.
