Manager HR & Projects - Temp from June 2026 until August 2027 (m/f/d)
Purpose:
Support a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint by ensuring the implementation of the People Strategy for the respective function/business area. Act as a key contributor for global HR projects and initiatives. Enable the execution of the people aspects of our Own The Game Strategy and support organizational transformation efforts for the respective function/business area.
Represent the link between HR and the business by maintaining and improving a framework for employee engagement in the newly established Lucerne office. Identify best practices from other adidas sites and tailor them to the needs for the local employees in order to create a greater sense of belonging and to foster increased exchange between the teams.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Transformation Projects:
- Apply a consistent project methodology across transformation workstreams for respective business/function
- Manage day-to-day project management, e.g. maintain work plans, create and implement status update documents and monitor progress according to agreed milestones
- Measure success of initiatives and constantly drive for improvement in light of strategy execution
- Support regional HR teams to execute agreed transformation activities consistently, and within the timeframe
- Support the consistent use of data and analytics to shape organizational strategy
- Develop, implement and maintain HR Internal Communication activities in close cooperation with Internal Communications to improve and increase transparency of HR tools, processes towards Line Managers and employees
Employee Engagement:
- Represent the link between HR, Workplaces, the Lucerne Leadership team and the employees by maintaining and improving an engagement framework for the adidas Lucerne office
- Be visible and approachable for employees and resource groups and create a sense of ownership to shape the office culture
- Ensure a robust planning is created and applied and securing success and consistency in implementation
- Drive tactical initiatives and ensure that the stakeholders are updated timely
- Use appropriate and effective communication methods to Senior Management and stakeholders

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in managing projects and supporting larger-scale transformation programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective at networking and forming relationships
- Pro-active (engaging & assertive) mindset, ability to build strong professional credibility and objectively support functions and stakeholders professionally
- Ability to maneuver in consistently changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business and cultures
- Good experience in networking on a global level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on timelines and quality
- Ability to focus, manage and prioritize resources
- Result orientation, hands-on and can-do attitude
- Strong MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Requisite Education and Experience:
- University degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of HR and/or Project Management, preferably in an international organization
- Strong Project Management knowledge
- Internship or study abroad
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
