Senior Manager Supply Chain Sustainability (m/f/d)
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
A purpose-lead management role to work closely with the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team. This role offers the chance to actively support the team in defining priorities, driving, and measuring key progress of sustainability efforts in Supply Chain. You will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, be a key contact for stakeholders, and support organization-wide supply chain workstreams and their impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate corporate and Supply Chain sustainability targets and requirements (Scope 3) into a specific program plan
- Contribute to and coordinate implementation of Supply Chain sustainability agenda and roadmaps; support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives
- Set up project governance, milestones and KPIs, ensuring project goals are successfully achieved
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and enhance data needs, data quality and govern sustainability supply chain baseline
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics service providers to align with sustainability expectations and performance goals
- Develop communication materials for internal updates, steering committee meetings, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagement
- Identify and assess compliance readiness and risks within the project scope
- Support implementation of internal policies and procedures, participate in internal/external audit assessments
- Track and report progress against targets, risks, and dependencies
- Champion best practices in the adoption and establishment of project and transformation management standards.
- Mentor junior members of the Global SC Strategy & Transformation team

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Business acumen and knowledge in sustainability of Supply Chain (specifically Scope 3)
- Knowledge of relevant sustainable logistics frameworks is an asset
- Proven track record in areas of transformation, project management and/or change management
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with being a good communicator/storyteller. You can read between the lines and listen/react to things that are not being said. Fluency in English and any other language is a benefit
- Ability to work with limited information, using scenario planning to build meaningful business cases

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment (e.g., consulting, apparel/fashion/retail/logistics, supply chain management background)
- Within which 2 years of relevant sustainability experience and project leadership in a global setting
- College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
