Manager HR Retail Talent Acquisition

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


Assist Retail HRD to develop and implement adidas China own retail integrated HR program and system and make sure proper implementation. Develop and expand recruitment services to the business activities of adidas china. Ensure deliverables for assigned vacancy fulfilment and recruitment related projects within agreed metrics. Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to drive the end to end recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:


Planning
• Assist HRD to design and implement proactive recruiting strategies
• Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan, and get involved in headcount planning as early as possible
• Work on recruitment budget & forecast
• Monitor monthly usage of recruitment budget, ensure in-time payment and monthly accrual quality
• Work out recruitment plan and priories, develop and maintain effective recruitment channels, ensure recruitment efficiency and quality
• Drive the recruitment KPIs including but not limited on shorten the recruitment lead time, improve the job-person match and reduce the recruitment cost per hire
• Be able to understand business priorities/ challenges then translate into HR/Recruitment initiatives;
• Work with office talent acquisition team to build / maintain retail employer branding


Channel & Vendor Management
• Use advanced candidate sourcing techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to deliver best-in-class talent solutions to the business
• Ensure the RPO vendor meet the KPIs by monitoring vendor’s performance on a regular basis and solving problems as they arise
• Conduct annual search firm review, select supportive vendors for the next year
• Enhance the internal referral program in order to enhance the recruitment efficiency and reduce the use of search firms
• Explore effective social media recruitment channels


Project Management & Execution
• Plan & organize the campus recruitment
• Plan & organize the internship program to build future pipeline
• Work with RHR and retail operations to design and deliver interview skill training for store managers
• Build & maintain attractive employer branding
• Other recruitment projects in response to business needs
Reports/Database Management:
• Build & maintain talent pool
• Design nation-wide recruitment data collection template, ensure data input accuracy, conduct data analysis, work out solutions with RHR, and prepare reports for management team


Others
• Conduct quality talent market research and proactive talent sourcing
• Proactively share market intelligence & industry’s best practices with Hiring Managers and RHRs, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions
• Manage & optimize end-to-end recruitment process by working closely with RHR and Hiring Managers
• Support the hiring team through initial talent screening and assessment, qualified candidate’s recommendation and pipelining, and candidate relationship management
• Be a brand ambassador by demonstrating genuine passion
• Assist on other tasks or projects assigned by manager;

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


• Minimum 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in MNC’s
• A good team leader/player with proactive manner
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a VUCA environment with competing demands
• Able to think out of box, challenge the status quo and act for change
• Well-versed in direct talent research, sourcing, and recruitment lifecycle management
• Excellent interview and assessment skills, knowledge and solid practices in talent sourcing and engagement.
• Strategic enough to see the big picture, yet operational enough to tolerate hands-on and repetitive work
• Multi-tasking skill, can define and balance strategic priorities against immediate operational challenges
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
