Your Role

  • Ownership: Manage and lead all operational processes within the store.

  • Operational Leadership: Lead by example and ensure effective management of your team.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe shopping and working environment and ensure compliance with store policies.
  • Training and Development: Guide and train team members on SOM processes and best practices.
