Assistant Manager, B2B Sales
Mission:
To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned B2B accounts, while aligning with adidas (target) brand image & strategy. Ensure key account target achievement
Accountiblity :
(To be performed in alignment with global and regional guidelines)
Functional:
- Negotiate and look for potential B2B customers (government, teams, corporate)
- Assist implement the B2B and ensure monthly targets are achieved

- Assist in the development of sell in tools
- Create the end to end process for B2B (playbook)

Controlling:
- Monitor the progress of assigned accounts KPIs to ensure target achievement
- Manage key relationships in B2B, B2G, Schools, and similar industires
Experience:
Functional: Preferably 2 years sales, ideally in KA
Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG
Leadership: With skills but no experience required
Exposure: Sports, marketing, account marketing
