Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising
Accountabilities:
Functional:
- Be the resource for VM across categories with full alignment with Emerging Markets – Southeast Asia and PH Brand Activation Teams
- Assist in Seasonal/In-season Campaign and VM planning according to the Southeast Asia and PH Brand Activation Marketing Calendar
- Timely and impactful implementation in multi-branded stores in coordination with Country Wholesale Team, VM outsource and external partners.
- Manage VM including monthly route plan in adidas controlled/selling area with the coordination and help from Wholesale Team
- Assist in managing, monitoring and effectively spending assigned Marketing Expense Budget
- Set up sell-in event according to the agreed category/brand message from Category Management
- Preparation of regular campaign, store opening, model store reports for Emerging Markets – Southeast Asia and PH Brand Activation Teams
- Adapt and iterate from global, Emerging Markets – Southeast Asia and PH Brand Activation guidelines
- Lead special projects if assigned
People:
- Full integration with country Marketing and Wholesale teams
Compliances:
- To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings;
- Support global, Emerging Markets – Southeast Asia and PH country directions;
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Professional background/ Experience:
Functional: Preferably 3+ years experience in trade and/or project management
Industry: Preferably in retail/ fashion/ creative agencies
Cultural: Ability to work in an inclusive and global environment
Exposure: Sports, fashion, music
Education:
- Degree in Retail, Creatives, Design, Marketing, Merchandising or related area
IT Skill:
- Background in Creatives will be an advantage
- Outlook: Advanced
- Word: Advanced
- Excel: Advanced
- Powerpoint: Advanced
- Project management applications
- Other design software intended for creative output
Language Skills:
- English: Fluent written/ spoken
- Filipino: Fluent written/ spoken
