Executive Assistant
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Act as a strategic enabler to the Country Manager by providing high-impact administrative, operational, and project management support that drives business continuity, organizational efficiency, and stakeholder experience. This role serves as the connective tissue across Philippine leadership, HR and other cross-functional teams or external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
- Create/Develop presentations for Country Manager for the business presentations.
- Partner with HR and Commercial leaders to deliver experiences that strengthen connection, culture, and engagement.
- Design executive-level presentations with strong visual storytelling, brand alignment, and attention to detail.
- Operate with a proactive, anticipatory mindset in managing leadership agendas, key deliverables, and business rhythms to pre-empt upcoming requirements, prepare materials, and coordinate stakeholders.
- Responsible in handling domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements for business-related matters inclusive visa application.
- Leading/organizing/supporting company events assigned by Country Manager, Country HRM and/or Functional Head such as: Organizing CSR/Sports day/Other event for employees
- Monitoring the deadlines, following up on instructions and integrating reports/templates from Heads of Departments
- Preparing a weekly summary of deadlines, reports due, presentations due that Country Manager would need to submit, prepare on time
- Recording and maintenance of meetings agendas, SharePoint dashboard, and minutes
- Coordination and management of management meetings and global/regional visits venues and related logistics wherever required
- Develop all management and internal communications related presentations
- Share with Country Manager the Channel’s daily sell through compilation one day after
- To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Business Development & Projects
- Manage cross-functional projects and define project management frameworks, deliverables and KPI’s
- Driving and supporting key stakeholders in the planning and execution of the respective work-streams and initiatives
- Enabling/Facilitating and identifying cross functional interdependencies of the respective work-streams and initiatives
- Actively monitor completion of necessary deliverables of respective work-streams to translate implications of progress into project outcomes
- Communicating project risks, escalating decision points to Country Manager, and obtaining required strategic direction from necessary key stakeholders
- Along with the Head of function to actively elaborate, specify, test and roll-out on new market driven business concepts, technological solutions, and sales support to drive effectiveness and efficiency for adidas in the market
- Support the alignment for strategic priorities across management team
- Identify and provide inputs to senior management for better decision making by interpreting, analysing results, and providing intelligent insights to the business
Controlling & Project Management:
- Support and facilitate business development plans and strategy for the Philippine market.
- Manage budget planning and cost control for assigned projects.
- Strong in organizational skills, meticulous and a team player with ability to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and self-confident in interacting with all levels within and outside the organization.
