HR Intern
Position Summary
Support the HR team across employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and people initiatives, with a key focus on leveraging AI and digital solutions to simplify and speed up the employee onboarding experience and strengthen engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Identify onboarding pain points and opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and employee experience.
- Support the development and implementation of AI-enabled onboarding solutions, including automated resources, FAQs, communication materials, and employee guides.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and communication materials.
- Support HR projects and other ad hoc people-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with different HR teams and stakeholders to gather information and improve HR processes.
Internship Project
Project: AI-Powered Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Objective: Leverage AI and digital solutions to speed up the onboarding process, reduce manual HR effort, improve access to information, and create a more engaging experience for new employees.
Key Deliverables:
- Review and map the current onboarding journey
- Identify onboarding processes that can be simplified or enhanced through AI
- Develop an AI-enabled onboarding solution / resource
- Create a centralized and easy-to-access onboarding knowledge base
- Recommend opportunities to further improve new hire engagement and experience
- Measure the impact on onboarding efficiency and employee experience
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, employee experience, technology, and AI.
- Creative, curious, and comfortable exploring new digital tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
