Manager, Ecom Buying SEA

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

  • To manage total buys of eCom categories and deliver the inline business to achieve eCom business objectives and target. 

  • To manage end to end availabilty of product buys from Buy placement, in-season masterdata management, basic Product DVM and in season OTB Management. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute the buy strategy of eCOm range for eCom inline business 

  • Execute product and assortment strategy to achieve compay target of the designated channels / categories 

  • Over-all responsible for Local Masterdata Management in. Com and Marketplaces. 

  • Basic Product DVM 

  • Develop in-depth knowledge in using different systems critical to ensure succesful masterdata management – including but not limited to PIM, Seller Center, Powersell, JIRA ticketing system. 

  • Plan and implement stock control management 

  • Monitor shop and sell-through performance and derive strategies and actions to meet market needs 

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for merchandise distribution 

  • Apply effective strategies to ensure optimal stock control in stores 

  • Analyze routine sales and stock data and maintain detailed and accurate reports 

  • To execute stock re-allocation and consolidation between platfomrs as required 

  • To coordinate stock movements for markdowns and clearance plans 

  • Track inventory performance (inventory accuracy, turns, fill rate) 

  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, VM & Retail Training

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong knowledge and background in retail buying 

  • Adaptability to use different systems for masterdata management

  • Problem Solving 

  • Fluent in English and Filipino 

  

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in retail merchandising field 

  • Bachelor’s degree
