Manager, Global Key Accounts & Brand
Purpose/ Mission:
To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned key account(s), while aligning with adidas (target) brand image & strategy. Ensure key account target achievement
Accountabilities:
(To be performed in alignment with global and regional guidelines)
- Negotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms
- Assists implement the Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set
- Represent the Key Account internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and manage all interfaces
- Frequently address Key Account requirements across functions
- Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
- Assist in the development of account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign-off by the director superior
- Sell-in and agree on sell-through support. Formalize specific Account’s Marketing Plans
- Proactively lead to the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions for the Key Account team
- Continue to monitor the sell-through and the order back-log as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account by proactively facilitating meeting with designated operations team and Customer Service to conduct and share sell through information from accounts
Controlling:
- Monitor the progress of assigned accounts KPIs to ensure target achievement
- Monitor & report customers and competitors’ activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
- Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (i.e. trade terms)

Professional background/ Experience:
- Functional: Preferably 3 years sales, ideally in KA
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG
- Leadership: With skills but no experience required
- Exposure: Sports, marketing, account marketing
Education:
- University degree in Business with Marketing and Sales focus
