  • Confidence leading or supporting a team on the shop floor
  • A passion for customer service and driving sales

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering great customer service
  • Support and motivate the team to hit sales targets
  • Keep your area organised, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Help customers find the right products and create a great shopping experience
  • Support stock flow and replenishment to keep shelves full
  • Step up to support store leadership when needed
