Manager, Golf Marketing
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role sits at the centre of how adidas Golf shows up across the Pacific, shaping brand perception, driving demand, and creating meaningful connections with consumers.
Partnering closely with Sales, Category, and global Emerging Markets teams, you will bring global strategies to life locally while identifying new opportunities to grow brand desirability and commercial impact.
You will lead the delivery of integrated marketing across digital, retail, media, partnerships, and events, ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Pacific marketing and communications strategy, driving demand across Wholesale and DTC channels
- Own and optimise the regional marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and measurable business impact
- Translate global campaigns into locally relevant executions across retail, digital, and brand channels
- Partner with Commercial and Category teams to deliver impactful product launches and in-store activations
- Drive digital growth across .com, membership, and owned channels, enhancing engagement, conversion, and loyalty
- Develop and execute media strategies across digital and traditional channels, embedding a strong test-and-learn approach
- Oversee high-impact events and activations that elevate brand presence and support sell-through
- Build and activate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer relationships to amplify brand storytelling
- Lead campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring excellence in execution across internal teams and agency partners
- Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team, while building strong cross-functional relationships locally and globally

- Growth in net sales across Wholesale and DTC channels
- Increase in market share and brand awareness across the Pacific region

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A commercially minded marketer with strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Broad experience across brand, digital, retail, and partnerships, with the ability to connect disciplines into cohesive, consumer-first campaigns
- A hands-on brand builder with a passion for product, storytelling, and execution within the apparel, footwear, or sports industry
- Experience working with premium sports or fashion brands, ideally within a global organisation such as adidas
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Commercial and financial acumen, with a focus on performance and results
- Ability to contribute to strategy while driving execution and delivery
Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing
- Industry experience or a strong understanding of the golf category is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Outlook and Word
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and concept development is advantageous
