Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - Uni Hill Factory Outlet, VIC
We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our Uni Hill Factory Outlet in a PART-TIME basis!
This means fixed weekly rostered days covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day working approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.

Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment

Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.

Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process

Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Visual Merchandising
• Stockroom Procedures
