Senior Manager, Digital Activation
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Activation to champion adidas’ digital presence and consumer connection across the Pacific market.
This role will drive an integrated digital strategy that delivers seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for connecting engagement opportunities across sales channels, shaping how we capture and use data to better understand our consumers, and creating a meaningful two-way value exchange between them and our brand.
You’ll lead initiatives that grow both brand equity and eCommerce performance, while also supporting digital retail activation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the adidas Pacific Digital Activation team.

Drive CRM, traffic growth, membership loyalty, and email marketing initiatives.

Oversee eCommerce and app marketing strategy, including site content, conversion programs, and data capture.

Manage centralized media buying across the Pacific for eCom activities.

Shape and execute content plans for adidas platforms (websites, apps, social, mobile), leveraging sports marketing and influencer partnerships.

Champion innovation and digital thought leadership across brand and marketing teams.

Lead performance marketing strategy (SEM, paid social, display, affiliates) to maximize traffic and conversion.

Grow and optimize the adidas digital consumer database, ensuring effective use of insights and data.

Manage marketing budgets and media spend across digital and performance channels.

Build strong relationships with agencies, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proven expertise in digital strategy, planning, and execution (in-house or agency).

Strong experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners.

Deep understanding of online retail and performance marketing (SEM, PPC, display, affiliates).

Skilled at integrating digital into holistic brand marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of paid, owned, and earned media, particularly for youth consumers.

Excellent communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a track record of innovation.

Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results on time.

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

5–10+ years’ experience in digital activation, with a strong eCommerce focus.

Proven track record in performance marketing and driving measurable growth.

Leadership and people management experience.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).
