Snr Specialist VM Planning & Execution (New Stores & VM)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage an end-to-end process of Pacific new store openings, renovations & showrooms setup, included but not limited to store Layouts review, Capacity Calculation, Plug & Play, VM tools orders, ISC updates, Supplier management and strong alignment with Store Development team on all VM tools ordering & shipping process.
Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for all Pacific New Stores / Renovations layouts revision in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Store Development, Buying and Merchandising, Omni ordering & Execution, Retail, Sales & Partners) across Pacific.

Accountable for providing capacity calculation for the Buying and Merchandising team of new openings / renovations to support them in allocating the right products assortment against the store space.

Accountable for all Plug & Play production & Visual Merchandising orders for all countries across Pacific.

Responsible for alignment with Store Development, District Omni Execution & Logistics teams in terms of store opening planning & logistics.

Accountable for providing the Store Development team with all Visual Merchandising tools & fittings needed for all New Openings, Renovations & all tools needed to upgrade stores across Pacific.

Working closely with District Omni Execution teams to elevate & enhance the consumer journey for all new openings, renovations including the existing stores

Responsible for all POS production, delivery and execution direction for District Omni Execution teams, for new store openings & renovations across Pacific.

Accountable for showrooms’ preseason planning in terms of stakeholder’s alignment, planning category space plan and to order all necessary Visual Merchandising tools if needed.

Responsible for all budget management and PO creation related to the Visual Merchandising tools of all new openings & renovations across Pacific.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Deep knowledge in retail Visual Merchandising, combining theoretical with practical experience

Working well and developing effective relationships with diverse team

Project management experience

Strong organisational skills & flexibility

Specialist in Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Power point) AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Experience of initiating & running a model store process

Experience of store openings on a multi-national & high-volume basis

Experience of working with wholesale whilst working for an over-arching brand
-
International exposure, preferably having worked and lived in different countries/continents

English fluency required
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in Business or Marketing or Visual Merchandising equivalent
-
Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in Retail, specifically Visual Merchandising
