Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for leading the orchestration of the Digital ecosystem in the country, acting as a single point of contact for the centralized Digital team, influencing country FLM decision making by bringing a data driven mindset, accountability for the Digital P&L, supporting the digital transformation by being a local culture champion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality growth by leading the overall country Digital channel plan by defining each country's potential and share to achieve net sales and contribution
- Ensures the Digital channel is prioritized in all country decisions & activations
- Team play with Digital team members and other channel leads to provide a comprehensive view of the country, managing it as a complete ecosystem to drive business results.
- Ensures Ecomm & 3p IBP alignment (together with Ecomm & DPC teams)
- Build an integrated in-season strategy for Digital – Ecomm & 3p
- Understand integrated stock evolution of digital channels (Ecomm, 1p & 3p)
- Have a clear understanding of the cross digital performance analysis
- Integrate Digital media strategy & plan led by media activation – coordinate efforts & investments
- Share best practices, maximize & guarantee the best return on investments

- Digital LAM Functions – Buying & Trading, Operations, Customer Service, Analytics, Growth.
- Wholesale / Retail
- Market Brand Activation & Digital Activation
- Supply Chain & Logistics
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals
- Business acumen and entrepreneurship - in Digital and in building new organizations and teams
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Strong Team builder - comfortable working in a matrix organization, across borders/time zones managing a diverse and global group of highly skilled leaders and experts
- Multi-sales-channel experience or affinity
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Industry experience, sports industry a plus
- English – Fluent verbal and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years+ experience in digital/e-Commerce or other related Commercial discipline
- Digital expert and commercial driven mindset
- People management experience - challenge and focus
