Franchise Account Manager
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To lead the commercial and operational follow-up of franchise stores in Mexico, ensuring alignment with company standards, retail processes and business objectives. This role partners closely with franchisees and internal cross-functional teams to improve store performance, profitability, productivity, consumer experience and brand execution across the assigned franchise store portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial and operational follow-up of franchise stores in Mexico, ensuring delivery of sales, profitability, productivity, comp growth and key retail KPIs against business plans and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, providing clear guidance, accountability, efficiency and simplicity to support the successful execution of the franchise business model.
- Partner with franchisees to identify business opportunities, risks and action plans that improve sell-out, store productivity, profitability and consumer experience.
- Monitor store performance through regular business reviews, KPI analysis and store visits, translating insights into clear action plans with franchise partners and store teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, retail operations, visual merchandising, in-store marketing activations, service standards and company policies across the assigned franchise store portfolio
- Support franchise partners in strengthening store operating rhythms, staff productivity, training routines and consumer engagement initiatives to improve commercial results and retail excellence.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Legal, HR, Training and Store Development, to support franchise operations and business priorities
- Evaluate franchise partner organization capabilities and provide recommendations to improve store execution, key staff recruitment, operational discipline and compliance with global and local policies and procedures.
- Support new store openings, remodels, closures or business transformation initiatives related to the franchise channel in Mexico, when applicable.
- Identify, document and share best practices across the franchise store portfolio to replicate successful initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong retail business acumen and solid understanding of store operations, franchise models and retail KPIs.
- Ability to manage, influence and build trusted relationships with external franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, performance trends and business insights into clear action plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Consumer-centric mindset, strong execution discipline and focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in business tools and reporting systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and retail performance dashboards.
- Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commercial areas or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, franchise management, account management, commercial roles or related positions
- Experience managing external business partners or franchise business models is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, commercial planning and operational execution.
- English proficiency preferred or required according to business scope.
