Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The general purpose is to provide Data & Analytics to support strategy planning & execution by providing transparent analysis and insights that enable and drive fact-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market share reporting – including relationship and follow up with key provides (e.g., Segmenta), exhaustive reporting and ownership of key operating rhythm meetings in which Market Share is the base for decision-making.
- Support Strategy Planning process with data and insights as required by leadership.
- Support Strategy Execution through the leadership of projects and providing data and insights for priority projects.

- Mexico FLM Team
- Mexico Priority Project Teams
- Market Business Development and/or PMO
- Regional Market Intelligence Team (LAM)
- Mexico Channel Teams (Wholesale, DTC, Digital)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep business understanding of retail & wholesale channels, their business models and financial impact
- Excellent analytical skills
- High degree of customer orientation. The ability to see the customer’s point of view.
- Ability to manoeuvre in consistently changing and fast-pacing environment
- Ability to operate cross-functionally (sales, brand, merchandising) and understanding of external business drivers.
- Good communication skills for persuasion and convincing others both internally and externally
- Experience in Project Management
- Ability to think and act strategically and develop operational plans
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related
- Industry experience in apparel/fashion or FMCG preferred
- Familiarity with SAP and BI or other ERP/reporting software preferred
- 2-4 years related experience
