Manager Clubs & FMF
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage and execute the implementation of the relationship with the actual stakeholders (Clubs/Feds) and execute strategies as well as providing the best service possible to our current partners. Execute the implementation of GSM/RSM strategy into the area with key focus on assets.
Support to the GTM team to develop the final actions. Provide service to Tier 1 clients / symbols in SPOMA services and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the go-to-market with SPOMA Portfolio / Strategy
- Generate the alignment around each symbol to be exploited as maximum in GTM strategies
- Align symbol usage for KA Purposes, including Trade and Comms
- Monitor Sports Marketing financials (costs, return of investment, planning)
- Comply with CAF procedures and P&L construction for new assets or renewals according to SPOMA strategy
- Provide service to Tier 1 Clients / Symbols / Markets in SPOMA assets or strategies
- Execute projects
- To measure progress on own KPIs
- To monitor and Update AMS system according to MWB and Portfolio strategy
- To control MWB assigned for the area
- Assist and coordinate the daily details of the requirements with stakeholders.
- Submit seasonal orders for partners and planned projects within budget, coordinating the product supply process throughout the season to ensure service satisfaction.
- Contractual benefits follow up
- Planning and execution of activations (Events/Social Media)
Key Relationships:
- Local: General Manager, MKT Director, Spoma Director, Sr Manager Spoma, FP&A, Retail, Omni, Sales, Legal, Brand, Newsroom.
- Regional: SPOMA Director, Finance, Brand.
- External auditors
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
- Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc
- Football knowledge
- P&L expertise
- Strong PR ability Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. relationship management, facilitation, etc.)
- Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Time management
- Pressure management
- Understanding of contract logics and negotiation dynamics
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in sport industry
- Fluency in English is a must
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking abilities
- Team player with excellent communication skills
