Manager Fulfillment WC
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Fulfillment Manager World Cup will play a crucial role in ensuring product availability and seamless supply chain execution for the World Cup 2026 initiative. This role is responsible for managing purchasing processes, tracking product availability, and aligning key stakeholders to support timely market launches and sales plans. This function will serve as the primary bridge between the local and regional supply chain teams, ensuring optimal execution and communication for World Cup-related assortments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee demand planning and purchasing execution for all World Cup 2026 product assortments, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order placements and follow-ups.
- Monitor purchase order execution and inbound logistics, ensuring product availability aligns with market demand and campaign timelines.
- Generate and analyze key reports (e.g., demand gaps, inbound tracking, purchase order fulfillment) to identify potential risks and areas for action.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Sales, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics to ensure alignment on product availability and launch readiness.
- Provide visibility and proactive solutions for delays, shortages, or overstock situations to maximize availability and minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate closely with Inbound and Distribution teams to prioritize World Cup 2026-related shipments and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Act as the key liaison between regional purchasing teams and local market stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of supply chain processes.
- Manage exceptions such as order cancellations, airfreight requests, and critical campaign-related adjustments in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Support reporting and performance tracking to provide visibility into World Cup 2026 supply chain execution and key KPIs.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP.
- Familiarity with Power Query & Power BI preferred.
- Strong theoretical understanding of the field.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in Supply Chain and/or related areas
