• To control and monitor products reception process ensuring an accurate physical count and registering of quantities in the system. • To define an efficient storage plan for every season based on pre-sale information. • To control and track inventory in all different storage areas following established systems, processes and tools. • To supervise replenishment process (product transfers) between storage areas in order to satisfy outbound area requirements. • To lead Returns Management process: Physical count, classification, refurbish and storage. • To ensure maximum productivity in all Inbound Areas. • To identify, prioritize and lead execution of WH cost savings projects. • To track and monitor project milestones and deadlines. • To keep continuously updated all warehouse written processes to ensure new improvements and learnings are documented. • To build WH Inbound Area Organization Capability. Responsible for people development and training. • To define and assign work plans based on WH targets and guidelines. • To evaluate Individual and Team performance based on work plans and targets aligned. Offer continuous performance feedback. • To build and maintain a team . • work environment. • To participate in the selection and recruiting process of new employees for the WHS.. • To define employees to work for each project to be implemented.
