Specialist Allocator

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Supply Store with products and ensure replenishment based on merchandise assortment plans and weeks coverage need per store, article and size.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Allocation of products according to merchandise and assortment plans

 

  • Maintenance of replenishment parameters, monitoring auto-replenishment and executing manual replenishment

 

  • Execute store-to-store transfers and co-ordinate 3rd party orders

 

  • Daily analysis of Weeks Cover, Best & Worst Sellers / Black Holes in order to determine replenishment plan

 

  • Ensure weekly store visits to align product requirements and identify opportunities

 

  • Stores Requests - Follow Up's

 

  • Participate in weekly meetings – Stock and sales / Stores

 

  • Participate in wall to wall physical inventory on 3PL

 

  • Comply with all Regional reporting requirements

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
  • CPFR understanding

  • 0 – 2 years experience
