Specialist Allocator
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Supply Store with products and ensure replenishment based on merchandise assortment plans and weeks coverage need per store, article and size.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocation of products according to merchandise and assortment plans
- Maintenance of replenishment parameters, monitoring auto-replenishment and executing manual replenishment
- Execute store-to-store transfers and co-ordinate 3rd party orders
- Daily analysis of Weeks Cover, Best & Worst Sellers / Black Holes in order to determine replenishment plan
- Ensure weekly store visits to align product requirements and identify opportunities
- Stores Requests - Follow Up's
- Participate in weekly meetings – Stock and sales / Stores
- Participate in wall to wall physical inventory on 3PL
- Comply with all Regional reporting requirements

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
- CPFR understanding
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years experience
