Sr Specialist Key Account coordinator

SR SPECIALIST KEY ACCOUNTS

 

Key Accountabilities

PLANNING

  • Track together with Order Fulfilment SO drops or cancelations & inform KAMs
  • Track product availability (future confirmations) & align with monthly SI FCST
  • Presale formats to share with clients
  • Presale article validation according to segmentation

 

EXECUTION (In season)

  • Manage e2e reception of POs, availability & deliveries
  • Track invoicing
  • Re-orders & SOH opportunities
  • OB maintenance and cleansing
  • Daily PCR tracking, assure flowless execution
  • NOOS replenishment (with KAM & BP)
  • Catalogue creation support

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical skills & detail oriented
  • Results driven 
  • Organization, planning & prioritization of tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Advance Excel is a must. Power BI, SAP, other tools as a plus
  • Collaboration & teamplay

 

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience)

  • University degree.
  • Intermediate English
  • Preferable experience in the retail industry of sports and/or fashion and/or FMCG
  • Experience of 2-4 years in analytical or commercial positions
