Sr. Digital Specialist Executive Key Account - DPC

Purpose 

Responsible for co-creation and follow up of digital strategy with KA customer with accounts SR KAM support. Sales & margin follow up; correct forecasting in all formats 1p, 3p & Authorized resellers. Look like #1 within clients digital ecosystems. Maintain digital market share leadership within account. Media plan and best use of resources to maximize investments.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Own digital sales performance across all formats (1P, 3P and authorized resellers) ensuring sales objectives & margin are met, target to maintain or achieve market share leadership.
  •  Lead digital visibility and communication strategy, in-site placements, PLPs, social media assets and campaign materials, ensuring correct implementation.  
  • Define and execute commercial and promotional strategies (Hot Sale, Buen Fin, seasonal moments), collaboration with KAMs and cross-functional teams to accelerate sell-out.
  • Lead specific digital & marketing iniciatives within account, to make sure we have the best visibility in site, and providing performance status regularly (Ex WC, campaigns) 
  • Plan, manage and optimize paid media investment, monthly budget allocation, media plans and performance tracking.
  • Lead Partner Program execution, including differentiated discount strategies, forecasting, buy planning and follow-up.
  • Manage end-to-end catalog health, new seasons cataloging, product prioritization, EAN clean-up and identification of growth opportunities.

  • Advanced computing knowledgement (Excel and PowerPoint);

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):

  • University degree or attending college;
  • Intermediate English (non-eliminatory);
  • Experience in the digital environments; (mandatory)
  • Experience in the commercial/marketing function;
