Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

· Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls

· Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information

· Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation

· Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company

· Assist internal and external auditors

· Maintains the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications

· Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP

· Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices

· Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained

· Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices

· Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· 5 Years experience
