Sr. Specialist Franchise
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive franchise business performance, productivity and profitability through commercial excellence, data-driven decision making, automation and AI-enables solutions, enabling Account Managers to focus on partner relationship, execution and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own franchise commercial excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities across assortment, pricing, markdowns, inventory productivity, sell-out performance and operational execution
- Increase comp productivity (NS/sqm) to drive franchise channel profitability by optimizing store performance and enhancing commercial execution across the network.
- Leverage data analytics, digital tools and AI-driven insights to identify performance gaps, optimize decision-making, and proactively recommend actions to improve sell-out and operational efficiency.
- Identify, design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives (including AI-enabled solutions) to streamline franchise operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and reduce manual workload across the channel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Legal) to ensure alignment of commercial strategies, operational execution, and compliance across the franchise network.
- Support Account Managers with fact-based insights, benchmarking and commercial recommendations to strengthen franchisee discussions and improve business outcomes.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot, analytics platforms) to improve business outcomes is a plus.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of commercial areas
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in job or job function similar
- Expertise in PowerBI and data visualization is a must
- Deep understanding of commercial KPIs (Sell-in, sell-out, productivity, etc.)
- Plus: PowerAutomate, Copilot, Databricks
