Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Act as “Strategic Business Partner” and “Coach” in the designated areas in all relevant HR Management issues executing the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people. Serve as area extension of Group Human Resources in the disgned areas to ensure a consistent application of all Group HR Standards and Principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of communication with management of the designated areas and actively support business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives
- Execute on boarding and off boarding processes according to the guidelines of the company, in the designated areas, to ensure comply the internal processes and local legal requirements
- Maintain updated SAP module PPOME to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures
- Leadership and execution of the onboarding process. Request for documentation for new entrants, upload information to MYHUB, coordination with Line Managers, Buddy, HRM on the date of entry, and accompaniment in onboarding. Contract signing session, agenda of all onboarding sessions, support for line managers (directors) to schedule 1to1 with stakeholders. Delivery of signed documentation to GBS.
- Interns business partnership, identify their adaptation to the organization, point of contact for HR needs.
- Management of suppliers, registrations and deregistrations in the system, payment management, and contracting. Both for onboarding and for projects led by HRMs.
- DC Incident Management: Carry out the review, application and authorization of the payroll of adidas payroll personnel.
- Collaboration in the execution of training activities (track participants), function fair, events in DC & Corporate.
- Follow-up of registrations and cancellations, updating the file and the reasons for withdrawals (voluntary and involuntary).

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
