Sr. Specialist Key Account Coordinator
Purpose:
Support Key Account Manager for the process of selling and serving one or more categories of a particular KA.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage pre-sale process for the assigned client and/or designated categories, ensuring timely and accurate pre-sale loading, while proactively analyzing inventory levels, slow movers, and additional business opportunities to support seasonal and in-season purchasing decisions.
- Analyze the needs of the assigned client categories by store (stores may be different) and provide a suggestion for seasonal purchase.
- Offer and accomplish opportunities for prompt delivery (ReOrders, best sellers).
- Regularly visit both client and client stores and strategically plan the two-year growth of the designated categories in the Strategic Account Plan.
- Follow up on purchase orders vs SCM confirmation and final execution with the client, creating and analyzing reports that improve visibility, accelerate decision-making, and ensure proper tracking of order fulfillment, sell-out performance, and business opportunities;
- Presale formats to share with clients and article validation according to segmentation.
- Lead specific sales campaigns (product and limited time) and follow the marketing campaigns together with the marketing department and the client
- OB maintenance and cleansing, NOOS replenishment (with KAM & BP).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to serve clients to maintain an excellent relationship;
- Analytical skills to understand the market situation, client problems (low sale, high inventory, etc.) and offer alternatives and solutions to maintain a sustainable growth;
- Organization and planning of tasks, visits to stores, reports and provision of information;
- Focus on results / Sales
- Advanced Excel is a must. Power BI, SAP, other tools as a plus
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
- University degree or attending college;
- Intermediate English (non-eliminatory);
- Preferable experience in the retail industry of sports and/or fashion and/or FMCG.
- Experience of 2-4 years in analytical or commercial positions;
