adidas is offering three exciting internship opportunities within different Marketing teams :
- Wholesale Activation Team (Intersport & Cisalfa Sport):
This team focuses on driving brand visibility and commercial impact across key wholesale partners such as Intersport and Cisalfa Sport. They manage seasonal campaign rollouts, in-store activations, and visual merchandising execution tailored to each partner’s retail environment. The team collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand representation and impactful consumer experiences. Their work supports sell-through and strengthens strategic relationships with wholesale accounts.
- Retail Activation Team (Concept Stores, Franchise & Outlet Stores):
The Retail Activation team is responsible for implementing brand strategies across owned and partner retail channels, including concept stores, franchise locations, and factory outlets. They oversee campaign execution, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive performance. The team works cross-functionally with brand communication, merchandising, and store operations to ensure cohesive and localized activations. Their role is key in translating global brand direction into effective, on-the-ground retail experiences.
- Culture Marketing
The Culture Marketing team at adidas is dedicated to building authentic connections between the brand and local communities through culturally relevant storytelling and experiences. They focus on identifying and partnering with key cultural influencers, creatives, and organizations to activate the brand in meaningful ways across sport, music, art, and lifestyle. By leveraging local insights and trends, the team ensures that adidas remains at the forefront of cultural conversations and resonates with diverse audiences.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and storytelling through in-store activations, visual merchandising, and localized marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Brand Communication, Merchandising) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing materials and experiences.
- Assist in budget tracking, purchase order management, and reporting to support campaign execution.
- Contribute to the development of culturally relevant activations by engaging with local communities, influencers, and creative partners.
- Participate in internal alignment meetings and support the coordination of campaign rollouts across different store formats and partner networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and future improvements.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- You are currently pursuing or have completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable working in an international environment.
- You have a strong interest in marketing, brand activation, and consumer experience.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different departments and external partners.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders and contributing to meetings.
- You bring a positive attitude and a passion for sport, culture, or lifestyle.

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship .
- Candidates in last year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate).
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2026 – July 2026.
- Ability to relocate to Milan in Italy for the full duration of the internship.
