eCommerce Manager - Third Parties

Purpose of the role:

  • The Digital Wholesale Manager will drive the digital development of the defined key accounts, seeking to optimize our brand representation, consumer experience and ultimately growing net sales & market share online, leading digital excellence across all touchpoints.

 

What you'll do: 

  • Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital topics across assigned accounts. Build and execute long-term digital account strategies, manage commercial agreements, and drive digital sell-out and market share.
  • Digital Activation: Lead and prioritize digital initiatives that fuel growth—across onsite visibility, offsite campaigns, and key commercial moments. Partner with brand teams to deliver impactful digital marketing content across online platforms.
  • CX Building: Act as a digital and technical consultant, empowering account partners to elevate their online experience using adidas.com tools, best practices, and innovation initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze digital funnel performance, consumer behavior, and category trends (both quantitative and qualitative) to identify opportunities that influence assortment, sell-in, and reorder decisions across digital and offline environments.
  • Trading & Optimization: Execute digital shelf optimization and ongoing trading actions in tight collaboration with account teams to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, insight-driven updates to senior management at cluster and European levels, demonstrating mastery of key digital metrics and account performance.
  • DPC Representation: Champion DPC expertise in internal and external settings—including sell-ins, key account meetings, Sales & Marketing reviews, and global DPC sessions.

 

Skills you'll need:

 

  • Deep understanding of essential digital KPIs (Impressions, CTR, PDP Views, CR, ROAS, onsite searches) and the levers that impact them.
  • Proven ability to translate digital performance insights into commercial actions that elevate revenue and performance.
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with content-driven and conversion-focused digital activations.
  • Comfortable navigating change with a test-and-learn mindset in a fast-moving digital landscape.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels—both remotely and in person; strong presentation and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Highly reliable, committed, and results-driven.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Thrives in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Main requirements: 

 

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in an eCommerce or digitally related field
  • University degree in the field of Business, eCommerce or equivalent
  • Experience working with external stakeholders, ideally within the fashion lifestyle or sportswear industry
  • Experience working with leading digital data platforms (such as GA4, power BI) is preferred
