Purpose of the Role:

Execute of the holistic Omni-channel plan for selected Accounts in accordance with global and EUROPE guidelines and the local strategic plan in order to:

  • guarantee the visibility of company’s key concepts at the point of sales (online & offline)
  • achieve business and marketing objectives for the different categories, thus increasing the sell-out
  • reach out the adidas consumer aiming at exciting, engaging and converting intention to buy into sales.

 

What you'll do:  

  • Implement, in the Wholesale Channel, the Activation plans across online and offline channels, media platforms included.
  • Support Account Marketing Plans for assigned accounts in collaboration with Sales Team and DPC & DSM
  • Contribute to the GTM process key steps, including the implementation of appropriate channel activation sell-in tools at Sales Launch period
  • Drive the perfect execution with omnichannel approach both in digital stores and physical POS (including the coordination of space planning, POS ordering, VM planning…)
  • Implement the most effective and inspiring consumer journey leveraging on Global toolkit or creating local contents, across accounts’ channels or media platforms to hit brand desire and increase sell-out, measuring and reporting generated goals and ROI
  • Execute and coordinating campaigns and messaging in partnership with Brand Comm, Media, Newsroom, Culture Marketing and SpoMa teams sticking to the Seasonal Campaigns calendar and Category strategy;
  • Ensure that the communications are consistent with the tonality and quality of adidas brand and in line with brand guidelines
  • Support briefing of agencies to execute the campaigns and special projects at POS and on .com
  • Constantly check assigned budget, in line with line Manager’s guidelines and in full respect of internal NTP procedures
  • Assist in gathering feedback to EUROPE Channel Activation on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness

 

Skills you'll need:

  • Experience in trade/brand marketing and/or sales (preferably in wholesale and in the sporting goods industry)
  • Project management experience: to execute integrated projects in all phases from plan, internal sharing & approvals, implementation of high-quality outcomes, time & costs management, tracking, reporting and final evaluation (ROI);
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Good negotiation skills/ relationship building
  • Good level of digital funnel and levers to influence parameters
  • Strong commitment and accountability, problem solving & flexible attitude

 

Main Requirements:  

  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Italian Mother tongue
