Office Assistant - Temp


  • In charge of clerical work and major administrative and business details by performing the following duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranges transportation for daily work and weekend use for staff
  • Checks car and taxi monthly bills
  • Issues drivers’ working forms, compiles work regulations to drivers. Files car documents: drivers’ license, insurance, registration document, quality checking certificate
  • Updates drivers correspondence to related personnel
  • Updates all expats about any change in expats correspondence eg. telephone number,... 
  • Coordinates office helper and drivers
  • Updates visitor list & is responsible for Welcome package
  • Issues invitations & applies visa approvals/ visas for visitors
  • Applies visa and work permit, resident permits for expatriates
  • Orders, maintains office supplies, and arrange for office equipment maintenance
  • Issues office’s material taking - in/out forms
  • Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and others records
  • Collects, updates and provides general information
  • Makes copies of correspondence or others printed materials
  • Conduct research, compiles and types statistical report

    Requisite Education/Experience:

  • University educated.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Preferably 2 year experience in administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
