What you’ll do:

As a Team Sales Manager at adidas, you’ll manage our club portfolio in Norway and are responsible for two sales reps and the total Team Sales business in Norway. You will be an important part of our future growth plans.

You’ll need to be a proven people manager, inheriting a team of 2 direct reports whilst working in an existing team of 12 Team Sales reps. Stakeholder engagement is also a focus for you, managing relationships at all levels.

Skills you’ll need:

  • 5 years in sales, ideally with wholesale / Team Sales focus.
  • A true people leader, who can inspire, motivate and set clear goals for your team, if you’re not passionate about people, this might not be the role for you.

Life at adidas:

We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days. We also have an optional “Sports Hour” every Thursday @ 11-12, a sports club for you to choose your preferred activity, and an annual fitness allowance.
