Manager Go to Market Content
Purpose:
To provide all necessary brand sell-in content, physical and digital samples, and showrooms guidance to ensure a successful sell-in delivery. Drive an efficient and standardized showroom management process across LAM to ensure a flawless sell-in readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy the ideal set of LAM sell-in tools (internal & external) to achieve a successful and standardized sell-in process (e.g., Sales manuals and Product technical information).
- Align with Sales Development team to maximize the full potential of DSS.
- Manage the LAM Marketing Operations workspace to ensure all relevant content is maintained and continuously guaranteeing alignment between the brands.
- Maximize potential budget usage to enhance the sell-in experience.
- Manage LAM physical & digital samples seasonal strategy in alignment with the overall digital leading global approach looking to reduce physical samples usage in LAM.
- Own the LAM sample management policy to ensure is always updated, clear and the execution in countries is compliant.
- Ensure proper rollout of global future of showroom project and guidance by teaming up with regional sales development team to deliver the best experience for our customers

- Required skill set: Cross-functional Project Management experience & Project budget control as assigned.
Requisite Education and Experience:
- University degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management (ideally in Markets or BU).
- Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- High understanding of various tools, procedures, etc.
- Great analytical skills with strong excel knowledge.
