Manager Go to Market Content


Purpose:

 

To provide all necessary brand sell-in content, physical and digital samples, and showrooms guidance to ensure a successful sell-in delivery. Drive an efficient and standardized showroom management process across LAM to ensure a flawless sell-in readiness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and deploy the ideal set of LAM sell-in tools (internal & external) to achieve a successful and standardized sell-in process (e.g., Sales manuals and Product technical information).
  • Align with Sales Development team to maximize the full potential of DSS.
  • Manage the LAM Marketing Operations workspace to ensure all relevant content is maintained and continuously guaranteeing alignment between the brands.
  • Maximize potential budget usage to enhance the sell-in experience.
  • Manage LAM physical & digital samples seasonal strategy in alignment with the overall digital leading global approach looking to reduce physical samples usage in LAM.
  • Own the LAM sample management policy to ensure is always updated, clear and the execution in countries is compliant.  
  • Ensure proper rollout of global future of showroom project and guidance by teaming up with regional sales development team to deliver the best experience for our customers

  • Required skill set: Cross-functional Project Management experience & Project budget control as assigned.

 

Requisite Education and Experience: 

  • University degree 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management (ideally in Markets or BU).
  • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • High understanding of various tools, procedures, etc.
  • Great analytical skills with strong excel knowledge.
