As Senior Specialist Business Planner, you will help bring this purpose to life by driving sell‑out performance, market share growth, and healthy stock productivity across key wholesale partners. You will turn sell‑out data and market insights into clear assortments, distribution plans, and on‑season actions—always with the consumer at the center.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sell‑out performance through accurate sell‑in, assortment, and distribution planning
  • Plan store‑level assortments aligned with consumer demand and store role
  • Identify reorder and replenishment opportunities based on sell‑out trends and stock levels
  • Own sell‑out data quality and deliver clear commercial insights to support on‑season decisions
  • Monitor stock health, performance versus targets, and key customer KPIs
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Operations

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working on sell‑out, stock, and commercial performance data
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Solid planning and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in BI tools and Excel
  • 1–3 years of experience in business planning, sales analytics, demand planning, or related roles
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
