Senior Director, Regional HR LAM

Purpose
The Senior Director, Regional HR is responsible for leading the Regional HRBP organization across Latin America, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency and execution of people priorities across all functions and markets. This role serves as the strategic HR partner for Regional Functional Leadership while leading a team of Regional HR Business Partners that orchestrates the people agenda across the region in close partnership with Country HR Directors and Country HR Business Partners. Beyond enabling business performance, this leader is expected to elevate the HR Business Partnering model for the future—building organizational capability, strengthening workforce planning, succession, leadership development and talent strategies, while transforming HR into a strategic business function that actively shapes organizational decisions and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Regional HR Business Partnering Organization

Lead and develop the Regional HRBP organization across Latin America, building a high-performing team that delivers strategic business impact.

Define and continuously evolve the Regional HRBP operating model, ensuring clear governance, role clarity and effective collaboration across regional and country HR organizations.

Coach Regional HR Business Partners to become trusted strategic advisors, fostering accountability, collaboration and business acumen.

Build strong partnerships with Country HR Directors to ensure seamless execution of regional priorities while respecting local market needs.
- Drive Regional People Strategy & Organizational Alignment

Partner with Regional Functional Leaders to translate business priorities into integrated people strategies across Latin America.

Establish regional governance, frameworks and decision-making processes that create consistency across markets while enabling local execution.

Ensure aligned execution of workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, leadership development and capability-building initiatives across all countries.

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Regional HRBPs and Country HR teams to build one unified people agenda for the region.

Partner with senior business leaders to anticipate organizational needs and proactively shape future organizational capabilities.

Lead organizational design, organizational effectiveness and operating model evolution initiatives for the LAM HQ, while partnering with Country HR teams to ensure alignment with local organizational changes where appropriate.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic consulting that influence business decisions and organizational performance.

Act as a catalyst for organizational transformation, ensuring people strategies accelerate business objectives.

Knowledge & Skills
- Significant progressive HR leadership experience within multinational organizations.

Extensive experience partnering with senior executives across multiple countries and functions.
- Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning and leadership development.

Experience leading organizational transformation within complex, matrixed environments.
