Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To set the financial targets of the categories through the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) global process generating alignment within the seven countries of LAM and cross-functionallyTo create the buy plan of the countries and validate with the GM's, FD's and the Market SLTTo own the inventory management of LAM by providing visibility to the stakeholders and leading the clearance process.To act as a promoter of efficiency and artificial intelligence adoption, enabling smarter decision‑making, automation opportunities, and data‑driven optimization across planning processes
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the IBP process throughout the region, in close collaboration with BU's (Business Units) and countries to provide a clear financial objective for the stakeholders and alignment amongst the areas.
Create Margin analysis of the range to improve the market's contribution.
Generate open to buy for all the countries to guarantee right volume to be bought avoiding extra inventory.
Manage the validation of the buying volume of the countries to provide full transparency and alignment with GM's, Finance Directors and the market Senior Leadership Team (VPs)
Deploy The most accurate volume forecast for purchase to enable global supply to right size the factories generating future FOB improvements and increase product availability.
Owns the inventory management of the market to reduce the working capital of LAM and avoid extra costs in storages and handling inventory.
Drive the clearance process throughout the seven countries to assure merchandise freshness for a better performance in season and avoid allowances for old merchandise.
Lead the validation of the IBP process between Country, Region and Global to provide transparency of the financial objectives in all the layers of the organization.
Develop the best planning team regionally and locally to guarantee accurate and credible analysis in order to enable the Senior Leadership Team to take the best decision.
Generate proper reporting throughout countries, LAM and functions for for one single source of data to facilitate productive discussions and increase transparency within LAM.
Identify and promote opportunities for efficiency and artificial intelligence integration across forecasting, reporting, and inventory processes to streamline workflows and elevate analytical capabilities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Highly specialized level of business acumen in retail is a must.
Extensive depth of theoretical knowledge and organizational practice or expertise across several disciplines.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:12 years experiencevminimum of 8 years management experience required.
