Sr. Manager Controller OOH
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Provide financial planning and analysis for Expenses adidas in LAM to support the long-term strategy as well as short term business cases and tactical decisions ensuring profitable business and sustainable growth. Be the finance business partner and LAM SPOC for OOH P&L lines and support and guide country´s FP&A team in relation to Expenses planning and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of annual budget process and periodical forecasting process giving guidance, clear assumptions and methodology to the countries to provide a comprehensive OOH LAM plan to stakeholders within global and regional timelines and standards
- Drive HQ OOH controlling and planning and generate monthly LAM business review with detailed explanation and evolution - Deep understanding of areas actual numbers, development and KPIs evolution to provide insights and transparency to the FP&A Director LAM, SLT cost center owners and Global
- Owns Month end closing process and other formal submissions in time and in full countries to comply with global timelines and requirements and ensure complete and accurate information
- Owns direct communication with global regarding to LAM financial development and plans for bottom line in order to provide full visibility of Lam as a whole market in alignment with the countries and functional heads
- Leads & Drive standardization of processes, mainly the PEX Centralized Planning and Controlling, and reports through LAM in alignment with global to ensure one version of the truth, comply with global policies (GFM), IFRS and processes and identify opportunities of improvement
- Generate recommendations and provide options to business partners on respective level for strategic invest /divest approach / Constantly challenges and drives growth and profitability to promote constant focus on efficiency, cost savings and brand investment business opportunities
- Lead or participate in Capex discussions, projects and analysis looking for business opportunities to improve CTB and financial KPIs

- Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems.
- Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years
- As manager of Experts 0 – 2 years management experience required
- As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required
