Sr. Manager GTM Process
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive and continuously evolve the End-to-End (E2E) Go-To-Market process across Latin America, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence and executional readiness from range planning through consumer activation at point of sale. Act as the process owner and governance lead for GTM, enabling cross-functional collaboration, milestone compliance and business visibility across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, HR, Product and Country teams. Build capabilities, frameworks and operating rhythms that ensure a consistent, scalable and consumer-focused GTM execution across all LAM markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve the LAM End-to-End GTM calendar, ensuring strategic alignment across brands, functions and markets, from range planning through consumer activation and product landing at point of sale.
- Establish and maintain clear governance, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and decision-making frameworks to ensure timely and effective GTM execution across the region.
- Lead and influence Marketing, Commercial and cross-functional teams, at regional and country level to ensure GTM milestone compliance and adherence to LAM E2E timelines.
- Act as the regional GTM governance lead, proactively identifying risks, escalations and dependencies, driving accountability and resolution across stakeholders.
- Ensure excellence in GTM execution through the planning, coordination and delivery of key seasonal milestones, overseeing readiness activities and supporting flawless execution across markets.
- Lead and guide the GTM Events Manager, ensuring activation GTM events are delivered according to regional GTM objectives, timelines and quality standards.
- Drive organizational awareness and alignment of the GTM calendar across regional and market functions, ensuring GTM milestones remain prioritized within the broader business agenda.
Act as the key liaison with HR, Business Development and other functional areas to align planning cycles and key business initiatives with GTM requirements.
- Influence and monitor process compliance with other functional areas, ensuring alignment between GTM planning and operational execution.
- Define and implement specific processes, templates, tools and operating models to support GTM operational execution, for milestones and processes, to increase consistency, efficiency and scalability.
- Own GTM process mapping, milestone & processes tracking and KPI monitoring, providing executive-level visibility, performance reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Partner with the Director Marketing Operations to drive GTM Excellence initiatives, process transformation projects and operational readiness programs.
- Lead regional operating rhythms that provide visibility, alignment and follow-up of GTM progress across BUs, Country MOPS leads and cross-functional stakeholders.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Expert knowledge of End-to-End Go-To-Market processes, including range planning, campaign planning, activation readiness, sell-in and sell-out processes.
- Strong project management and operational planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and seasonal milestones simultaneously.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority across regional and country organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business information into actionable insights, recommendations and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead workshops, governance forums and executive discussions.
- Strong change management capabilities, driving adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working across diverse stakeholder groups.
- High level of collaboration and relationship-building skills, fostering effective partnerships across functions, brands and markets.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and experience working with process management and project tracking tools.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal; Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable.
